* WINDS: EAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* WAVE HEIGHTS: 2 TO 4 FEET WITH HIGHEST WAVES OVER THE CENTER
AND WESTERN SIDE OF THE LAKE.

* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
